This website is hosted by an external hosting provider (Strato AG). When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical connection data transmitted by your browser, including your IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the browser used, and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is processed exclusively for the technical provision of the website and to ensure system security, and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website uses so-called web fonts for a consistent visual presentation. The font files used are stored locally on our own server and are not loaded from third-party servers (e.g. Google). If you request a table reservation via the form on our reservation page, we process the data you provide (name, date, time, number of guests, contact details and an optional message) exclusively to handle your request. Your information is used solely for processing the reservation, is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes, and is stored only for as long as necessary to process your reservation and answer any follow-up questions.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message content) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of the provider Meta / WhatsApp Ireland Limited additionally applies as soon as you leave our website and open the WhatsApp application.
This website currently does not use any cookies or any analytics or tracking tools.
On individual pages, we link to external services such as Google Maps (to show our location) and Instagram (@casa.gotha). These are plain links, not embedded content — no data is transmitted to these providers unless you click the respective link. If you click such a link, you leave our website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
